Credit or debit card information

When customers pay for products you provide your credit or debit card information so that we can process the transaction. We do not store this data. It is securely handled by Stripe. See Stripe’s privacy policy for more information.

Product reviews

When customers leave reviews for our products we store the data you provide, as well as your IP address and browser information (non-identifiable data, also known as “user agent string”) to detect and prevent spam.

Contact form

When visitors use our contact form the data you provide is sent to our team in an email. We request that you provide your name and a phone number or email address so that we can respond to your inquiry.

Cookies

If you leave a product review or comment you may choose to save your name, email address, and website. We keep this cookie so you don’t need to type that again next time. This cookie expires after one year.

If you create an account, we create a cookie to test your browser accepts cookies. This cookie expires when you close your browser.

When you log in, a login cookie remembers you for two days or until you log out. If you choose the “Remember Me” option when logging in, the login cookie will remember you for 14 days.
